She has published extensively on issues having to do with organizations, health, employment, and discrimination, including in Harvard Business Review, the California Law Review, The Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, the Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics, etc. Ajunwa has also been invited to testify before the EEOC regarding concerns about Big Data in the workplace. Ajunwa’s law review article, “Limitless Worker Surveillance” examining the protection of employee health data with Kate Crawford and Jason Schultz was endorsed by the NYTimes editorial board. Ifeoma Ajunwa is a Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University.
